Policies
Read these policies carefully before registering. By paying your buy-in and participating, you agree to all policies listed here. These exist to protect everyone involved.
Important Notice
This event is independently organized by students and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mead High School administration or the Mead School District. All activities are student-initiated and voluntary.
Participation Agreement
Participation in Senior Assassin is entirely voluntary. By paying the buy-in, you confirm you are a registered MHS Class of 2026 student and agree to all rules and policies.
This event is open exclusively to enrolled Mead High School Class of 2026 students. No exceptions. Misrepresenting eligibility results in immediate disqualification with no refund.
Buy-in fees are non-refundable once submitted. If you are eliminated, withdraw, or are disqualified, your entry fee is forfeited. This is used to build the prize pool.
Paying your buy-in constitutes your binding agreement to all published rules, policies, and admin decisions. No external dispute resolution is available.
Safety Policy
Only water-based elimination devices (squirt guns, water balloons, super soakers, etc.) are permitted. Any other substance or projectile is grounds for immediate permanent disqualification.
Players may not trespass on private property to hunt or evade a target. All activity must occur in publicly accessible areas or locations where you have explicit permission to be.
No high-speed vehicle pursuits. No dangerous driving. No eliminations that would require a target to put themselves in physical danger to escape. Safety always overrides gameplay.
Physical contact of any kind during gameplay is strictly prohibited. This includes restraining, grabbing, blocking, or physically interfering with another player. Only water-based eliminations count.
If a player is experiencing distress related to the game (excessive anxiety, harassment, threats), they may contact admins via Instagram DM. The game is meant to be fun — we take wellbeing seriously.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: physical activity, outdoor conditions, water exposure, and competitive gameplay.
The student organizers of this event are not liable for any injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from participation. Players participate at their own risk.
All participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws at all times. Any participant found violating laws during gameplay will be immediately disqualified and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
By participating, players agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims arising from their own conduct during the game.
Media & Privacy Policy
All elimination videos submitted to Splashin may be shared publicly by the admins on @meadseniorassassin for event promotion. By submitting video, you consent to this potential use.
Players may not publicly share another player's personal address, workplace, vehicle information, or daily schedule for the purpose of gaining a gameplay advantage. This is strictly prohibited.
All players consent to being filmed during elimination attempts. The act of registering constitutes acknowledgment that you may be filmed in public spaces during the game.
Disqualification Policy
The following result in immediate permanent disqualification: cheating, using non-water elimination methods, harassment of any player, trespassing, dangerous driving, or violating any law.
Disqualified players forfeit their entire buy-in with no refund. The funds remain in the prize pool.
Disqualification decisions by the Commissioner and admins are final and not subject to appeal. Admin rulings are made in good faith using all available evidence.
Prohibited Conduct
Players may not form agreements to deliberately avoid eliminating each other, split prizes, or artificially extend the game. Any confirmed collusion results in immediate disqualification of all involved parties.
Any form of harassment — online or in person — related to the game is grounds for immediate disqualification and may be referred to school administration or law enforcement.
Manipulating your Splashin account, submitting false elimination evidence, or interfering with another player's account will result in permanent disqualification.
Players may only eliminate their assigned target at any given time. Attempting to eliminate players who are not your current assigned target is prohibited and will be disqualified.
Rule Change Policy
Organizers reserve the right to update, clarify, or amend rules at any time. Any new rule changes are applied the next day.
In the event of an unforeseen situation not covered by existing rules, the Commissioner has the authority to make binding decisions for the safety and fairness of the game.
Play Fair. Stay Safe. Have Fun.
We built these policies not to scare you — but to protect every player, the admins, and the integrity of the game. Senior Assassin is a Mead tradition. Let's make the class of '26 version the best one yet.
