We are student organizers handling real money and running a real competition. Here is exactly how every decision is made and how every dollar is handled.

Financial Transparency

Daily Prize Pool Updates

The total prize pool amount and running player count will be posted publicly on @meadseniorassassin every single day once the game is live. No one is left guessing.

Full Breakdown Published

The complete financial breakdown — every dollar in, every dollar out — is documented and available. 80% to winner, 15% to admin coordination, 5% event buffer. Always.

Nothing Hidden

All fund movements are tracked. If money is spent on event costs (from the 5% buffer), it will be disclosed publicly. Receipts are kept.

Winner Paid Promptly

The winner receives their payout as fast as the payment platform allows once the final elimination is verified and approved by admins.

Admin Conduct Standards

Admins Do Not Play

No admin or coordinator will participate as a player in the game. This is non-negotiable. If an admin is found to be playing, they are immediately removed from admin status.

No Information Leaks

Admins will never share target assignments, player locations, or any sensitive gameplay information with any player. Doing so is grounds for immediate removal.

AI-Assisted Decisions

Admins use AI platforms to help maintain unbiased and consistent rulings on disputed eliminations. This removes personal bias from judgment calls.

Randomized Target Assignment

All target assignments are generated using certified randomization tools. No admin manually selects who hunts whom. The Splashin app handles standard randomization procedures.

Platform & Process

Splashin App

The Splashin app is our official game management platform. It handles target assignments, elimination submissions, leaderboard tracking, and standard round management.

Nightly Kill Review

Admins review and batch-approve all submitted elimination videos every night (approximately 9:00 PM). The leaderboard is refreshed for the next morning.

Instagram as Official Channel

@meadseniorassassin on Instagram is the single official communication channel. All announcements, updates, prize pool numbers, and decisions are posted there. No other platform.

Open Leaderboard

Player counts, elimination counts, and surviving player lists will be updated publicly and regularly. Everyone can track the game's progress in real time.
